MEANTIME is an independent, artist-run project-space located behind Cheltenham town centre. It operates as a cross-discipline arts platform for new work, experimentation, dialogue and exchange.

Saturday 30th May saw the official opening of phase one of the Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet by TV fashion icon Gok Wan.
Thousands of fans arrived to see the style guru spray champagne over the awaiting crowd and announce the centre officially open.
